Schmalenberger SZcut immersion pumps handle chips from turning, milling and drilling without chip crushers or lifting systems.

SZcut pumps combine the proven SZ series centrifugal pump design with a cutting element that optimizes the difficult transport of aluminum chips in machining coolant.

At the suction opening, a wear-resistant cutting element cuts the chips suspended in coolant. This prevents clogging the pipeline with unbroken and knotted chips and improves transport.
