Grundfos Packaged Lift Stations provide you with a sturdy and well-designed polyethylene pump pit sized to suit application requirements.
Sizes 32”, 40” and 48” in basin diameter and height from 60” to 118”. Lift Stations with 67” basin diameter, height from 78” to 236". Auto-couplings are pre-installed, making it easy to mount up to two wastewater pumps. In addition, all necessary components such as piping and valves are built in and supplied in corrosion-resistant materials. The SEG pumps are ideal for use in pressurized systems and sparsely populated areas where gravity sewage systems are not available.
The SEG pump comes in different hydraulics such as:
- High pressure, low flow
- High flow, low pressure
The patented grinder system ensures extremely high efficiency and reliable operation. Choose between many installation variants.
Four different piping systems are available as standard. Special variants are available on request. The tank is made from polyethylene and is designed to withstand uplift caused by a high ground water level. This makes installation easier, because it is not necessary to secure the pumping station to a foundation of concrete.

The Simplex Level Controller (SLC) provides dedicated and reliable level control.
SLC for one pump provides:
- High water alarm
- Pump on/off control
- Pump protection
The Duplex Level Controller (DLC) is designed for a two pump controller. Grundfos SL1/SLV submersible wastewater pumps, 1.5 - 15 hp, are designed for transfer of untreated sewage. SL1 pumps come with S-tube impeller with 2", 3" and 4" free passage.
SLV pumps comes with SuperVortex impeller for 2 1/2'', 3'' and 4'' free passage. The Grundfos level switches MS1 UL and MS1 Ex is the ideal solution to control liquid levels in pump stations with aggressive media and solids such as raw sewage.
Package Lift Stations are primarily designed for SEG grinder pumps and SL solids-handling wastewater pumps.
