ARC MX1 Polymer / Ceramic Extreme Wear Compound
An advanced ceramic composite for the repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to severe erosion, abrasion and chemical attack.
ARC MX1 dramatically outlasts other wear-resistant materials by 5-7 times. The composite is formulated with a high concentration of ceramic beads and fine ceramic particles for extremely abrasive environments where superior protection is desirable. It is chosen over ARC 890 and 897 when increased abrasion protection is required. It is applied at a thickness of 1/4 inch or more.
