ARC 982 100 Percent Novolac Acid Resistant Coating
An advanced polymer composite formulated to protect equipment from extreme chemical attack and corrosion.
A two-coat application of ARC 982 provides protection from concentrated acids, alkalies, and solvents. A low viscosity composite that is applied by brush, squeegee, or a plural component sprayer system. ARC 982 may be applied at a minimum thickness of 250 microns (10 mils) per coat.
Recommended for exposure to a wide variety of concentrated chemicals including: hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and other harsh chemicals.
Designed for resistance to corrosive gasses and fumes at elevated temperature containing chlorides, flourides, SOx, NOx, and other corrosive chemicals found in combustion gasses.
