Used as auxiliary connection through which the fire department can pump water to supplement existing water supplies. Provides 250 GPM flow (minimum), per 2 1/2" inlet.

*Optional finishes: Polished brass, rough chrome plated and polished chrome plated.

  • Model 6242: Free-Standing FDC, 6" x 2 1/2" square, 4-way
  • Model 6244: Free-Standing FDC, 6" x 2 1/2" in-line, 4-way
  • Model 6264**: Free-Standing FDC, 8" x 2 1/2" in-line, 6-way

Model 6264** available with steel body only.

  • Inlet connection features brass* body with female NPT inlets and outlets
  • Brass female hose thread swivel inlets (models 6242/6244 with clapper-snoots)
  • Brass plugs with chains, 18" cover sleeve
  • Identification plate lettered "AUTO SPKR", "AUTO SPKR & STANDPIPE", "STANDPIPE" or "DRY STANDPIPE"
