Bill began his career in the pump industry when he joined a major pump manufacturer after graduating from Ball State University in 1973. After working at Peerless Pump for eight years, Bill and two of his fellow Peerless associates started BBC Pump and Equipment Company in July 1981. Bill is involved in administration of BBC Pump and Equipment Company as its President.

Dell graduated from Purdue University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in 1971. He served 6 years in the Indiana and Missouri National Guard. In October of 1971 he began with Peerless Pump as a Sales Trainee and moved to the Peerless Pump Sales office in St. Louis MO in February of 1972. In January 1973, Dell began outside sales with Peerless, and was promoted District Sales Manager in Indianapolis, IN Sales office in August 1975 where he stayed until helping form BBC Pump in July 1981. Dell is Secretary/Treasurer of BBC and specializes in Fire Pumping Equipment and Commercial Pumps.

Rick has been involved in the municipal arena since 1975. Rick has been a superintendant of a municipal wastewater utility and is a certified operator. Rick worked for a pump distributorship involved in servicing equipment and then transferred to sales. Rick joined BBC in 1994 and is involved with Municipal end users in southwestern Indiana, western Kentucky and a focus with project engineers in the state of Indiana.

Dave joined BBC in February of 1995 starting out in the service department repairing, installing, and servicing pumping equipment. Dave then transitioned into the service department office as the shop coordinator, and was subsequently promoted to the service department manager. In 2001 he moved into the inside municipal sales group where he stayed until January 2010 when he made the transition to the outside municipal sales group with a focus on end users in the north-central and northern portions of Indiana. Dave has received training for all of the manufacturer’s product lines that BBC currently represents, and has been a course presenter for the IWEA and the central Indiana operators association. Dave is a current member of the IWEA, is a member of the IWEA operations and maintenance committee and has served as committee chairman.

Dwayne attended Zionsville Schools, graduating in 1982. He began his career in the printing industry in Indianapolis later transferring to Terre Haute. After eight years he moved back to Indianapolis and started his career in the pump industry at BBC Pump in June of 1994 in shipping and receiving. He has also worked in industrial inside sales and in 2009, he began work with the municipal inside sales group.

Bill is a graduate of University of Findlay in Findlay, OH. He moved to Indiana in 1978 and began his industrial selling career with a focus on pumping equipment. Bill joined BBC in 1987 and is now the Industrial Sales Manager. He handles several key accounts as well as several counties in northeastern Indiana.

Reid attended college at Indiana University and graduated in 2003 with a degree in marketing and a minor in psychology. After graduation, he spent several years on the road with his band. Returning home, he worked for three years in the medical sales industry before joining BBC. Reid began work in 2010 and is involved in municipal support. In August of 2011, he moved full time into the industrial department and outside sales.

Ross is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati and started his pump career in Houston, Texas with Aurora Pump eventually moving to North Aurora as Market Manager for Industrial Operations. He joined BBC in 1991 as a Outside Industrial Sales Engineer and now supports the Outside Industrial Sales Force, is the lead technical support engineer and directs continuing education activities.

Dave Brown joined BBC Pump in 2008. He has worked in Service Support and currently handles shipping and receiving responsibilities and inventory control. Dave was added to the Commercial market’s outside sales team in August of 2012. He is currently a student at Marian University in Indianapolis.

Mike joined BBC in 1997, beginning his career in shipping and receiving, and later moving into industrial and municipal inside sales support. He is currently involved in inside support for both the fire protection and commercial / building trades markets.
Melissa graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN with an A.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision along with a B.A. in English in 2002. She then spent two years as a recruiter/IT support in the Pharmaceutical industry. In September 2005, she came to BBC as an Organizational Development Specialist. She has been involved with inside sales, IT support and system administration. Melissa is the 2010 BBC Pump fantasy football league champion.

Tyler worked with BBC Pump in the co-op program with Ben Davis High School during his senior year. After graduation in spring of 2012, he began to work full time at BBC Pump in the shipping and receiving department. In December of 2012, Tyler began work in the BBC Pump service department, training as a pump repair technician.
